The Morrisroe Group contracting arm has also confirmed full details of the project team and timelines for the work which will increase stand capacity from 6,537 to 12,516 seats.
Kingscote will deliver the new North Stand alongside other Morrisroe Group companies playing key roles.
These include Morrisroe Demolition, GSS Piling, Morrisroe Limited, Houston Cox, Piper Joinery, Kingscote Plant, Kingscote Design and Kingscote Haulage. The two external partners will be J&D Pierce Contracts and King & Moffatt for the steel frame and mechanical and electrical works respectively.
The new North Stand is scheduled to be fully operational in 2027 from the start of the 2027/28 season.
In addition to increasing capacity, the redevelopment will significantly enhance football infrastructure.
Plans include the creation of approximately 500 square metres of new first-team facilities, incorporating modern changing rooms, medical and physiotherapy areas, as well as upgrades to all player competition spaces. Supporters will also benefit from upgraded hospitality, improved concourse experiences and an enhanced atmosphere on match days.
